EXE Change Information....

Hi, need some help.

I want to change some information in an exe file, but after i do that with a PE Explorer and save this changes and if i try to run the exe an error windows appear with the fallowing information "Range check error" how to solve this problem.

wiht PE explorer ?
if you change some data there, it can happen that
it doesnt runs anymore, because the Windows loader
needs the informations from the PE Header.
If you dont know what this stuff is (at pe explorer )
dont change it at all.

Ok but i want to change some information please can you tell me how to do that. I have change it but what to do that the program runs again.

You can´t do that.Tell us exactly ,what will you change ? When you change important information it is normal that the .exe file don´t run any longer

I want to delete "Version" Tab in the exe file. You can show this when you click on the exe file with the right mouse button then on properties and than you have 4 Tabs to choose. One of that is a Version Tab this i want to delete.
