[Competition] Learn AI by competing against each other

Welcome Coders,

Everyone is talking about it, you see it everywhere and there is no software left, which does not use "this kind of term".
The breakthroughs in this area are enormous and each other day there are "world changing" news in this area. No I am not talking about blockchain or bitcoins. The subject I am talking about is "Artificial Intelligence". AI is going to change our world drastically like the invention of steam machines did. We will face a lot of new challenges and problems, but also an huge amount of possibilities and life improvements.
I am convinced, that AI has the possibility to solve many humankind problems, make our lifes more comfortable and stretch our knowledge horizon to an amount, never seen before.

Even though this research area is highly interesting for every developer, there are still too less tutorials/books/information available, which focus on the understanding and not on some theory deduction/proofs. I think everyone should get the chance to learn something about AI without investing hundreds of euros or reading through thousand pages of math-books. We have been helping people getting in touch with AI for years now (my first free to download German-only AI E-book has been released in 2014, four years ago). I learned a lot about AI and want to share my knowledge on a way every developer should be able to understand the principles.

What would you say, if I tell you, that from now on, we at will release every month a new tutorial in the area of AI. These tutorials will be available in German and English for free. As we focus on "average developers", we will not dive into some crazy mathematical tricks and formulars, but instead we will describe the general idea and principles using many code examples and illustrations. Therefore these tutorials are a great starting point for everyone, who wants to learn something about AI, but never wanted to study math. However would it not be better, if you not just learn new things but also get some kind of "recognition" for your experiments and programs you made? Nothing is more frustrating than writing code, which noone will ever see or use.

That is the reason why we wanted to combine our monthly tutorials with a small contest. This means every month we will introduce a new subject, spread some basic knowledge and leave advanced techniques and experiments open to you. So everyone is able to participate, because we will provide some basic knowledge. A competition without any award would be boring. Who even wants to participate in such a competition? I guess nobody. The monthly contests will not only teach you new AI techniques, principles and ideas, but we will also reward the best participant with small prices. I would highly recommend every user to participate in the contest. The chances to win may be higher than you think! Even if you lose, you at least learnt something about AI. This is a true win-win situation for every AI fan!

Expand your AI knowledge and take place in a tutorial-guided competition! When else will you get the opportunity to get paid for learning intelligent and fancy stuff? Each competition will run from the first of each month until the first of the following month.

Feel free to ask questions, make suggestions and similar!
