How do I create a PS3 Avatar ? or I just need to read the coding in .dat file to know how other avatars have been made to follow the same steps
I have tried the .Dat Files En-De Created By Alex For Elite PvPers Members but it did not work when I open the file with text viewer it do not make sense
I am lost can anyone help me please
