I want to create a Server but i don't want to make mistakes.

So i have been inactive for 1 year and now i want to know whats up.
Are there 8.2 Files? If yes where can i get it? Google wont help me
What requierments does Rappelz have now? (Server)
I'm ready to buy a root and install it etc but i don't want to waste money on a root wich doesn't meet the requierments.

It would be nice if you could help me

1- There are no 8.2 files ( at least not now )
2- For an epic 7.3 and further private server you need a 64-bit operating system .
3- You are buying a root to create a public server ? Focus on RAM's capacity and the processor's speed .
