HideToolz 2.2

Hey, i am a vista 32 bit user and im trying to lauch hidetoolz 2.2 which is made for vista. But wjen i double click the exe i get this error:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
My user account is running as administrator and also if i right click and run as admin i get the same error. Does anyone maybe know how i can fix this.
This problem onlly appears when i try to launch this exe. I dont have any other problems with other exe.files.

I think its the exe itself that is protected cause when i try to add the exe file with takecontrol it says i am not authorised to open this file.
Pretty weird. The vista trick doesnt work either so maybe its the file itself

Could it be that its my antivirus avg? Altough when i turn off avg it still gives error.
It has to do something with admin or avg i cant figure out any other possibility.

Hello, I apologize if I am bumping this thread but I do have two questions related to this thread.
1: Would this work with a Vista 64-bit? (One of my Program Files have "(x86)" next to it)
2: I get this driver error "Driver Load Error 0xC000036B" Any ways to fix it?

Unfortunality nathing worked for me...screw Vista XP and Win7 4ever...hope someone gets the fix for this...

This is definitly a security and permission problem...
1ºst-You can not open it, not even logged in Admin account.
2ºnd-You can not move it to somewhere else, after it is in your computer, you are only able to choose the destiny by WinRar...Well not even on compatibility modefor XP SP+2 works...
I guess there might be a program needed to disable this.
I'd apreciate if someone knows anything, MS.
