man muss die seite halt nur refreshen

Hallo, kann mir jemand villeicht sagen, wie man zb. ein bild macht sagen wir mal ein schwarzes bild... Dann dort drauf ist ein grünes bild etwas kleiner aber und man kann das grüne bild anklicken und wird zu einer neuen seite verlinkt, könnte mir jemand sagen wie der html code dafür lauten würde? Wäre nett.
