yes & no, pulse.gg is some brand he owned 2 years ago that seen the most success hes ever seen before which was less than 20 users on his purchased ioctl and GDRV paste, yet still got detected, since then hes been dragging it along the way hes scammed many people. Anything produced by this incompetent guy is completely purchased, detected, slop he is as dumb as they come, wouldnt consider this ape even a paster hes lower.
Would also like to mention hes (the "developer") actively using NekoSwap a win32k pointer swap posted on github by samuel tulach that he purchased btw (yes this is detected).
