i do every thing i change
1- HWID
2-Hardisk ID
3-install new Windows
4- change mac adress
5- change all ******* thing on pc :3 still getting this ****

Dw buddy, I have the same. Got nothing weird on my Pc, nothing who affect the game at all. Their support sucks. I messaged them so many times.
They are like
'Well, BE knows everything, is always right and we never do mistakes'
They told me I'm Ip banned. it will happens on every account you make.

BE had some problems with Skype in the past. This could be the cause for your problem too.

I didn't used skype at this time.
Anyway I stopped trying, it's been 3 or 4 month now. You'll get over it xD

I found one solution, but it only helps for 1 game.
It's not worth to repeat it over and over again, but here we go:

1. Open the registry editor [WIN+R] -> type in 'regedit' and press enter.
2. Navigate to this registry key:
Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Epic Games\Unreal Engine\Identifiers
3. Delete the folder
4. Restart the ENTIRE Epic Games Client, not just the game. This should regenerate the registry keys with new values.
