i have a question. do the english media.pk2 1.148 work for the actually client?? or how could i translate it into english?

Let it update and it works without problems. Or you also can use the edx_SilkroadLoader.

Use pushedx's Silkroad Loader, this acts as multiclient, nude patch, swear filter and changes the locale so the language of the game is based upon English. You can also aquire English PK2 Patches from the site.
