Help with kSRO

Hi, i have a little problem with kSRO. When i open sro regulary i can't see no start button.
And if i open sro with edx it say's , you are disconnected from this server. :/
Could anyone tell me , what's wrong?

you will need to use a proxy, obviously your region is IP Blocked, which from speaking to some people some countries are, my country the UK however seems fine.
