[Release] Beautiful Itemfilter/Petfilter

The system is bug free and I may give support if I want. This system code is made by me, the design is made by someone else.

It's been almost 2 years since I made it and a year since last update. The window extension needs a rewrite, I started but it's a lot to do and got lazy.

Instructions
You can have a maximum of 12 sections on main window and as many filter options in the extension window.
ItemFilter.inc goes in server resource and client.
Both of .tga images in theme folder. In this release just the normal v19 theme included.
Each player has it's own item filter, is saved in a folder in client named "Settings" (Format: playername.pf). The filter is loaded when player joins the world. It is supposed to have a bigger management by player but that part is not finished. The black square on the top and the combobox where player would be able to load the filter they want. Other functionalities are finished.

NOTE to the guy who downgrades sources to vs2003. It won't work on that visual studio, I'm not very sorry.

Upgrade your Source to VS2012 / VS2017...

You can start by changing the lambda expressions used on functions std::find_if and std::remove_if by for loop expressions.
There is also the unordered_set used on server, which previously I used a multimap, lucky for you half of it is there commented.

Itemkind and itemid conflict
Means if the itemkind and itemid value is the same both will be restricted

Yes, is made that way on purpose. Is a case that should never reach, the first 400 item id are weapons and armors covered by the item kind.
Now what each person wants to edit it is none of my business.
