now im going to release what i have.,this is useful to others not knowing how to wipe database.,

And there are databases which aren't even needed.

some server have edited BASE_VALUE_TBL to avoid delete here database in base value just remove it.,

I used this then after I use I have a problem with creating character now. it says character name is already in use.

Because the DB is not totally WIPED.

Bullshit, it always returns that message when fError returned from the procedure is anything but 1.

An empty BASE_VALUE_TBL might cause that.

You can wipe the database i guess by generating there scripts then delete it and run the scripts again you will get an empty and fresh database
