Go to MoverMsg.cpp in function "CMover::CMD_SetMeleeAttack"

Go to MoverMove.cpp & search "case OBJACT_MELEE_ATTACK:"

This only fixes one resource editing for other classes besides ranger and Acro. People can still edit the range values to bypass this. Nice fix nevertheless ^^.
