Mit Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition öffnest die .sln Dateien (nacheinander eine für Login/Char und eine für GameServer) und dann funkt das wunderbar.

Kannste mit deinem Programm auch die .sln Datei aufmachen ?
