[Release] RoC Fixes

There are some more Bugs in RoC Files:
1. The command /FallSnow isn't working. Also the Snow Event doesn't work (SetSnowEvent( fExpFactor, strTitle )).
Only /FallRain works.

2. After a while when you kill some mobs, your ATK decrases. I guess.. its a bug, too?

Anyone know how to fix them?

Da gibt es noch einen Bug in den RoC Files:
1.Der Befehl /FallSnow funktioniert nicht. Genauso wie das Schnee Event nicht funktioniert (SetSnowEvent( fExpFactor, strTitle )).
Nur /FallRain funktioniert.

2. Wenn man Mobs killt, dann sinkt die ATK nach einer Weile. Ich schätze mal, dass es auch ein Bug ist?

new bug in RoC...when you get 300k+ hp even if u use remantis and anything food hp...your hp bar wont full...where to fix it guys?help!

this is not error, the player tries to buy 2 perins in less than 1 second
if you want to disable use your brain xD

Sir Im having this error ...how can I fix it? got no errors in any log...the net frameworks are working perfectly and installed without any problem

And Im observing the memory usage of worldserver.exe in process and the KB is increasing until it errors how can I fix it? please help...I can't understand what's wrong with it and how to fix it T_T. Already read the related problems with this but doesn't work T_T
