[Help] Quest cannot be complete

Hi.
I came here to ask for help after trying to solve it from the morning until now.
I have a weird problem when My quests cannot be complete. even after getting the required items to complete the quest It still show like the quest is still in progress. And after that when I logout I can't log in again which is very weird.
I am very new to the whole flyff things and My knowledge is very basic.

Every quest in the game has the same problem. I compare my source and my propQuest.inc and all that related and I didn't find anything different.
Plus I dont have any error log.
