After a few weeks of mounting the DB and mounting the remaining files, put the official source v21.2 to run

I know it's nothing special, but I was happy to make work

I have a file too, but the way to do it is too difficult
I don't see the database, and the client doesn't know how to run it.

People are so lazy and expect everything handed to them. The files are public and a viable V19 database is also public really no excuse lol.
