Inventory slot cant put items

I have working 168 slot inventory but i cant put items in the red box in the picture. Coz all the boxes in my inventory is 192. But i can put items all in my 168 slots Except in the red box. I want to 8 columns 21 rows.. Please help.

Please help professional devs
