Help wih Inventory Icon

Hello guys,
I'm using a v15 files for my friends to use, and I found some custom item models to add in our little server for fun.
When I added the shield, the icon is so big.

Do you think the file is the problem or I missed something or done something wrong?


I have no idea about this since I'm not a programmer. I'm only following the guides of others.
