There is no file called propDrop.inc.
FlyFF moved the drops of monsters from propMoverEx.inc to propDropMonsterName.csv in Version 18.

V.21 don't use propmoverex, they use a new files and it's only server side, so you can't get it from the client.

You need to have the v.21 ressource server from official (good luck).

And even if you get it ? What the point because you can't use it without the source or at least many modification. You can just edit your own propmoverex.
