Exclamation anyone knows this neuz compile error?

Hi guys, anyone knows this error? Im using erendora files vs2003 no additional edits, Im just only change the IP then rebuild, I dont know this. I also include the SDK and library and resourc. I need your help guys what is happening here. I install properly, I reformat my computer x.x
