where to edit new created character item freebies? just like the town blink in the inventory when u create character?

What a character has is defined in the BASE_VALUE_TBL.
(!Keep in mind there are 2 rows (1 for each Gender))

You can create an inventory on a char and copy it from the INVENTORY_TBL.
