What is the cheapest and best game server hosting?

I have already tried amazon with 4GB ram windows 2016 server, only in 4 days it cost $30, WTF! is there a site for game hosting suited for flyff?

It is not cloud no, but that's also why your paying out your ***. With xhosts u can choose the location, i'm not french but their french vps are located within OvH. Quite fast for the price tbh. xHosts also gives free windows to which is another thing you don't tend to really get elsewhere.
