Help Weapon Levelling System

Hello Epvp is it possible to Reset all weapons/shields to Level 1? Because I have a bug when i try to implement the Weapon leveling system on my server Those who already have a weapons like ****** Sword its becomes Level 40K and the other one have 20k Level
