I think when greyb1t said you cannot make it work because all servers should have infiltration fixed server side. At much, you can use the fake client admin auth because most servers don't have that fixed.

mhm, there are still some server where infiltration works ( pinoy private servers above gtop 30+) but all you can is teleporting and like instant upgrading.

If teleporting and instantly upgrading is all you're able to do, you cannot really say that it works.
I don't even know if you can say that it partly works either compared to what you're supposed to be able to achieve.
By saying something "works", you're addressing that it fully works which isn't true in this case.
