Some one give me a files to start over preferred v17 or v18 with 3rd job fixed.

You can use blessed flyff files if u want 3rd job fixed. But it needs a little tweaking.

You Can use RoC Files to make sure that there are no backdoors compare the codes to v15 using WinMerge
