Unhappy [Help!] Lag with new textures and animations

Not long ago i installed new textures for armor(i used converter and 3ds max). So i did this right, but mb i have some mistakes, becouse my new model located in the wrong position and no animation! I dont know how to fix this...

I also noticed something strange, when i launching my o3d files with model editor i can see my models, but can't see animations in special window(like "SklAcrBlock' and etc), but when i replace my dds and o3d files into model/textures folders i see this, but these animations do not work! Can anybody explain to me how the fix this?(or PM me)

I really need help! Sorry for my English...

If you just want to change the textures and save them as a new "Set", you only need to load your o3d files instantly from your Model folder into the Modelviewer(ATools). Now you are able to change the texture and save it as a new Model.
You don't need to use 3ds Max if you rly only change the textures.

Btw, the Animations are only showed if you use the basic Model folder of your client. The name of you set/model MUST begin with Part_f or Part_m.

I want to change texture calors, but i want to save old o3d and dds files...
When i try to rename objects for example: Part_fJst01Upper.o3d and Part_fJst01Upper.dds to Part_fJst.o3d and Part_fJst.dds new files can't be open it will show error: "Part_fJst01upper.dds not found". So, i want to make new colors on my textures(with using old textures), but i want to save old textures and files

Again sorry for my english and ty so much for your answer.

P.s. look attachments(that show example name for my parts of set), but animations do not work...
