how to add new channel

hi guys,im tired to follow/searching some tutorial of adding new server channel but nothing is works for me :x

so anyone help me please?,what is the best way to add new channel?..

sir channel 1 is working but why always cannot connect to the channel 2 before character selected ... i already up the 2 worldserver but channel 2 i can't connect? ..
