ErrorNumber: 193 Neuz.exe Run Error

Hey guys , I got this error ..
tried to delete the neuz.exe and repatch but it didnt work as well ..
and the virus software is off ..
what can i do?

1.) Download

if you don't have it.
2.) Delete Neuz.exe and patch again
3.) Run Flyff as administrator and test again

What OS you have?
Can you post it with your technical details, please? (Graphic Card, Processor etc.)

Well , I have played alot of Flyff private servers in this computer .
This is the first time it happens to me !
I am using windows XP Professional 2002
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU
2.3GB RAM
