Check your Error logs. Located inside the Log folder client sided.

What source are you using? We need an bit more info. Since even an clean v15 source works on Windows 8/8.1 i even tested it on windows 10.

Also does it work on an windows version lower then 8? If not then most likely the fault is on the Neuz that it cant read the .res files correctly.
