Good as I have observed , many servers use .xarc format to compress your clients. I wonder how to use this compression on my server. because in a way, increases security against copies and changes in the client . I also have some unique items and would not want them to be copied.

Note: I searched the internet software to do this type of compression more not found .

There is no "easy-to-download-and-install" encryption here in the flyff section for your resource files.
If you need a good encryption, you have to do it on your own.
