About Skill Stats: yea propSkillAdd.csv / propSkill.txt >>>OR<<< Hard coded effects (source). You more or less got every option open

For Party EXP Rate checkout the '15 day Party EXP scrolls' and see what their functions are. No need to spoon feed c:

And about a RedChip Converter, what do you mean by that? RC2Penya? Like a Button? xD

If so, use the offi-flyff-exchanger for it, or the 'EXCHANGE_ADV' System which is released in some sources.
