Flyff V15 Server need help!

I'm currently running a Flyff V15 server, but i still need help with 3 things!

1. Add a teleport system!
2. Add Instant jobchange
3. Adding items to npc's Like azria tickets scrolls weapons etc!
If you can help me with thoose 3 things via teamviewer I'll Pay 30 dollars! Through paypal
