I've had an idea for the star-system, which involves unlocking more member privileges by becoming more active on the forum. I've noticed that most new users don't tend to post or get involved in the community, they only lurk + leech downloads, and usually post them to other forums. So, I've had a think, and compiled all of my ideas into one. Why not integrate a system into the star-system which, depending on the users activity, posts, thanks etc, unlocks specific...

as kiyono and Cptsky developing thier converter until we get what we need
we have 3 ways to apply the cape system:
1- the hardest way ... Creating a new item with new position in the gui beside the crop and that will worse a shit of coding and such things
2-make the cape like head gears and that would be better , but in that case it would give only def
