Help With Loguin

hello guys i would like to know if someone here could please help me with a litle problem that i explain.

mysql instaled
databases created
ip changed
neuz ip cheked
paswords ok
dbo.createaccount ok
user and pass created

all verified severall times and all ok like in the tuto that i folow

problem wen i start Certifier this apears ->

After starting all files ill start the neuz and i works
wen pronpted to put user and pass i do it wen i press loguin error message

"loguin or password incorrect" or "wrong password retry in 15 seconds"

wierd wen i am shure that i put all characters good

am i forgueting something, do i need to do something else more that it isent explained in the tuto, im desperate please help, if someone is free to teamviewer to verify all that for me im free to do it ty all.

i found one solution and i leave it here

i have Blessed files and for blessed files wen we do md5 for the pass we cant use "kikugalanet" but use "patom"

now i have another problem
wen i log in sometimes the neuz creshes and sometimes he lets me make the loguin but wen it enters the game it disconect

any ideias of what it is ??

Check your error logs client sided and server sided.

I believe you get an invalid map-key. in your server error logs.
Check also the programs folder where the server files are. Sometimes even there is an error log.

thanks i will check it out but im a noob in this area ill post error logs here to see if anione can help me after ty.
