Is private server making is legal?

Hello. I have question.
Is making private server of FlyFF is legal or no?

Look on Molten WoW, Monster Flyff, Insanity Flyff etc.
They are most popular servers and i don't know they had any problems.
But I wanna ask you generally. Is it legal? Can i have any problems for hosting an Pserv with own Source code?

You can create a Server and became donations(money) from Players.

you mean earn donations i think, and ye he is right if ur server is good enough you can earn 5k euro e/m x.x

If you'd get 6000$ a month, we knew that.
Sorry but that is very much for a p-server, you should have
a very successful server ..

It's called "Donations" .. if you get very much u have to pay taxes, but
no one knows about it and is interested about that pserver stuff.

Its only illegal if you use binaries ( leeched copies from the official game ), its not illegal if you create your own costume source ( C#, C++, etc. )
About paying taxes, I don't think Paypal got anything to do with taxes

@Marvin': Last Co makes allot more than $6000 a month, and its running binaries which is illegal.

Using "your own" binarys is also illegal, the source comes from Aeonsoft.
Moreover, if you code private files, it would also be illegal because of the client.
Means you would also have to write your own client. And then its also illegal because you use the name/idea of the game, wich is patented.
Im not sayng that you wIll get problems with the law, but at the end, every flyff Pserver is illegal.

costume made sources ( not binary ) are not illegal, and the client using will be for educational purposes only which is not illegal and any law

I said so, but you have to write the whole Source yourself. When you edit the Official Source(like the name already says) its not YOUR Source, so it's illegal.

A. You didn't say so, I did.
B. That's what a " costume source " means, it means to write it your self.
C. Binary = leeched copy from the official game = illegal as i stated in a previous post.
