FlyForFame Review:August 26 2008

Sorry im German, forgive me my English.

Exp: x25 Great, doesnt feel grindy at all and after a while it felt like lvling in WoW, steady exp gain.

Drop Rate: Perfect, you find enough Suns Moons and other items to sell or use, Rares or Npc.

Gameplay: Feels just like eFlyff, just the FUN part is outstanding in FlyForFame.

FlyForFame Team: Pros, there working hard to keep servers stable and running.
Regular Updates, Fixes, Patches and Working hard to find a Good Team, Gms, Mods......

FlyForFame Team: Cons, You will get no notice saying Servers will be Shutting Down for Maintenance, it just shuts off in the middle of game play and you have no idea if its just a DC or Maintenace. You will get no answers from the Dev Team, but from FFF members who have no idea what happend but close your Thread saying "servers are down for a reason". Because Fullshout is sold in NPC shop for 25 mill almost everyone over lvl 80 has one, i found out and others that it does not make sense to Fullshout because it will disapear over other shouts, ALMOST EVERYONE IS SPAMMING.

FlyForFame team will give you no ETA wenn servers are down, so you can wait up to 11 Hours "mostly its 6-10" as soon as the servers are online again. But because they give you now ETA or tell you if its a Maintenance you will be waiting there infront of your Computer 3-4-5-6-7 or Longer Hours Beliving Servers will be online in a minute.

Mods, FFF makes you read an Aggrememtn that there will be no cussing or improper language allowed on there forums, trust me i have been in alote of Forums, Best one i belive is Elitepvpers with there strict rules, but FFF community is out of Control, Mods dont warn them, Dev team dont warn them, noones warns them. They Flame every thread, speak all faul languages from Abuse to Sexual Content to every memeber "new member" they find. Its like highschool in Faul Language. Mods wont do anything, no FFF memeber will warn or do anything, Flame, Flame, Flame, no FFF team does anything about it, Flame Flame Flame.

Comunity, Pros: Alote of people online and you there are people who want to help, but i think they dont want to post anything in FFF forum because of all the Flaming going on in there, and doesnt want to be part of that.

Community, "Most of them" Cons, They Use Faul Language, they Flame new members, they dont follow rules, they will throw words at you you dont accpect from a question asking how long will the server be down?, they tell you how stupid, ignorant and much more you are. You know that bad kid who is your Neighbor?, imagine all of them United and went met in FFF, not all but most of them, you cant get nothing out of them but REALY BAD comments.


Overview, FFF as in gameplay is good if its online and if it goes down, you dont care how long it takes or want to know how long it takes to get back up because you already know you wont get an ETA from anyone or a reason why its down and wait until the next day. FFF at this moment is good if you dont like going in forums and want to be around a community, if you are looking for a good community, helpfull and nice DONT GO FFF. Ready to meet Children as Mods and Members from Team Fame who behave like Wiseguys.

Dev and Admin are doing a good job on the Technical Side, but i have no idea why there are letting the community allow all the things there saying and how they behave.

Ill Do Another Review in about 2 weeks tops.

Also FFF server files were stolen and is Caali's old files and also I think that FFF have the files but cannot add features to the game. I have a funny feeling CaaliFlyFF is gonna be WAY better and have alot more cool features then FFF. And events for CS pets is pretty lame because the GMs hide at the worst places and get found I like 2 seconds they should just put a default pet in the CS seller and give better looking pets in the events. I dont know if anyone knows but Caali is like 15 years old and scripted the server by himself and it took him 6 months to do it. A pack of devs "Flyforfame" got on to his line and took his files. And even I got proof of this because the GM commands are the SAME as in cFlyff and they just put in an NPC and changed the pang buffs. Also got proof too when they tryed the first seige I wasnt working and I heard that Caali hadnt finished scripting the seige. And the admins are behaving like the players too I was told to stfu when I asked 1 question and a GM kept swearing in notice chat. If no one knows this GMs help other players secretly. Anyways people might support what I said others might flame me I dont really care because it's my opinion and thats, that.

I support you both ways the community and FFF Team are Unstable dont follow there own rules and you will get little more then no support at all from either side. You migh say hurray its free and exp is great, but what if the servers are down and you want to know why?

what if you want a pet?
what if you have a bug in the game?
what if you what to join the Forum Community to befriend with them?

your going to want all those things after a while and at this moment i would suggest to wait until my other review or find a different Pserver.

P.S. FFF is depended on Donations, its not a standalone, we get support through other incomes then Donations, we dont need your donations to survive Pserver.

Its a "We need your Donations" to Survive servers, so all we know is that it can shut down in a month or tomorow.

As for the countless numbers of people anxiously waiting for a hint of an update, you've all been /slapped by our very own Administrators. There are a few forum moderators doing their job, and when I say a few I mainly see Gash locking and helping out everyone with the constant question: What the #*%# is going on with the server? This could all be saved with just one News post by SilentX or Trembler, but they'd rather just ignore the problem in my opinion. I'm really getting annoyed at the lack of dedication by most of the Fame Staff, because quite frankly it seems like they don't give a flying [I Am A Potty Mouth] about what is going on. You can argue that "Oh, they have a life." But it doesn't take long to put up two sentences stating: we're waiting for the server to make room so we can transfer the files.

I've seen not only a lack of dedication from the Fame Team but i've also seen the lack of qualities to be a forum moderator. We recently got rid of MishGonzales thank god, but why was she hired in the first place? I've never seen her post in International topics and that's probably all she'd be good at with her English. As for new moderators, such as Yasohiko, you seem like a nice guy but your posts are about as good as tino's. They're short two word sentences such as "XD" or "Thx for the tip" and I've seen no help and nothing but spam fly out from your computer.

If you're hiring any idiot of the street Administrators, I have a few hobos living down my road that can type "Wut" on the keyboard.

I'm not trying to /flame, /ridicule, or any type of public embarassment. I'm just tired of watching us get kicked in the face like a puppydog while you keep us in the dark and enjoy whatever you're doing.
