I need help with world server

Hello, I am trying to host a v15 private flyff server, it has all gone well so far but for some reason my worldserver.exe is not working. It does have anything in it and justs says Objects:0 and Respawn:0

P'raps there's a decoding Error in it. Try the one in the attachment, then maybe it works.

Don't have compunction in case of a virus in the Rar file, it's clean .
