[HELP ME]Florensia MemoryRead

Hello everyone, i m learning how to read memory and how to use cheat engine.
My goal is to Create an awesome bot for florensia that doesn t use "pixelsearch" to "understand things" thats the reason why i m studing Cheat Engine.

Now I will explain my problem.

to start I looked for the HP value and performed a PointerScan of the address over and over again restarting the game several times, and finally find the Pointer of the HP

this pointer is correct infact if i restart the game over and over and attach the process it always show the correct value of HP.

I m using AutoIt for Scripting and that is my code:

Code:
#RequireAdmin

Opt("WinTitleMatchMode", 4)
WinActivate("ClassName=Florensia")
Global $ProcessID = WinGetProcess("ClassName=Florensia","")
If $ProcessID = -1 Then
MsgBox(4096, "ERROR", "Failed to detect process.")
	Exit
EndIf

$currenthp = Current_HP ()

Func Current_HP ()
   Local $DllInformation = _MemoryOpen($ProcessID)
   If [MENTION=2544426]Error T[/MENTION]hen
MsgBox(4096, "ERROR", "Failed to open memory.")
	  Exit
   EndIf
   Local $Value, $Pointer_1
   Local $Offset1 = 60
   Local $Offset2 = 10
   local $Handle = _MemoryOpen($ProcessID)
   local $Address = 0x10D18950
   Local $base = 0x007BA63C
   $Value = _MemoryRead($base + $Address, $DllInformation)
   If [MENTION=2544426]Error T[/MENTION]hen
MsgBox(4096, "ERROR", "Failed to read memory.")
	  Exit
   EndIf
   $Pointer_1 = '0x' & hex($Value + $Offset1 + $Offset2)
   $Value = _MemoryRead($Pointer_1, $DllInformation)
   _MemoryClose($DllInformation)
   If [MENTION=2544426]Error T[/MENTION]hen
MsgBox(4096, "ERROR", "Failed to close memory.")
	  Exit
   EndIf
   Return $Value
EndFunc

MsgBox(0,"",$currenthp) ; <=== should be 3447 but it return 0

There is surely something wrong with my code, but lacking in experience I can't solve my problem.

For some reason it return 0 instead of 3447

My question is..
How can i read the Pointer Value with Autoit? Where am I doing wrong? can someone help me?

----EDIT 21/08/2020----

Solved! i found the solution~
