Anyone knows what's in the "require char list" packet? I don't understand the last 8 bytes.

In case anyone is interested in the future, it's the unencrypted serviceID at the end of an encrypted message. It looks random because it's decrypted.

i start making my very own packet structure to use them on my new proxy but i thought of ripping them from the source
