they do, however, enough players use torrent programs that it still will max out your DL rate.

however, since that isnt an option for you, I'll see what I can do, just uploading 700mb will take a while for anyone that isnt on FIOS

There's another update file but it's very small and can just be grabbed via ffupdater.

It's the first time I've ULed to MU. Funny, it said it finshed the transfer instantly even though it's 600MB. I wonder if it checks for other identical ULs and just links to them.?.?
