Suspend for 7 days... FUT 21

My account was suspended for 7 days now Im playing again, my question is Can I use trainer or better not use anymore? I guess my account is flagged now! tell me you thoughts about this, thanks in advance! My suspend was for use a trainer wich works fine but probably It was my mistake because I dont clore it when I play Rivals!

It was my fault by mistake I use the change side in an online game and I think this was the thing that trigged a ban, but now everythings fine with the trainer only use Anti ALT+TAB and Green Shots

You can't use the trainer for 15 days. in General, when you go to the squat battle and use a cheat there. you can't enter the Weekend League for 8 days !!! since after qualifying, your account is checked for 7 days before WL ! therefore, the ban arrives for 7 days. !
