2.I don't think 700 matches a month is related to your ban. I think if you hit the daily limit(75 matches a day) you will be detected and investigated.
By the way, Did you use VPN while farming coins? One of my account got banned for this.

After almost a month i finaly recived my team back with all players and stuffs and the flagged was removed. During the waiting time i build up a new team with the same account and i was still using the bot every day only in Offline Season. And even during the full investigation off all my old and new activities they didnt detect the Bot.
The only little thing what was annoying me is that they fully replaced the the old team with my new one, so every new player and stuffs and new coins were deleted.
Bute at the end i'm just glad to have my team back.

So all i can say is that for me the both is 100% worth it.

Just never pass the daylimits and play it safe in off seasons and everything is fine lads.

And i didnt use VPN while farming
