question about web app

i have rly quick question about fifa 17 web app....im starting this game and know about it abit but wondering how many web apps can you make ? does it have a limit amount or is it unlimited? forgive a newbie for stupid question )

You can't make web app :P you use your Origin or PS4 or XBOX ONE

ID's etc to login there..
