Someone else posted this and it didn't work for anyone so i tweaked directions just a bit.

Open CE
Select your process (i use firefox)
Change value type to array of bytes
Search d0 30 60 ?? 5d ?? ?? d1 d2 46 ?? ?? ?? d3 46 ?? ?? ??
Add the address to your list
Set speedhack to 0 and hit apply
Change address value to 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 02 27
Set speedhack to 1 and hit apply
Plow wherever you want
