Monster legends event problem

hi

after the last updates many including me have this ML event problem
the event score is freezed at 0 what ever you do

after sending a ticket they said cause our log show using hacks
so we are in the bad list now

any fix for this

I have made it work by uninstall/reinstall method and additionally uninstalling and reinstalling facebook app so you can try that.I used to play this on FB and android.

This dayum game has too many bugs and problems. PVP does not work, nor do the events along-with frequent server disconnections I uninstalled after the last update in march and started playing Clash of clans, Much happier.

This is happening because of using hacks with the new update most of those who have hacked have this problem.

Is there any solution without having to reset the game?
