you can make a limit to players for gems. Like 50 gems every hour or day... or something like that, or if the player has like >1000 gems he can't use the hack.

Yeah but if people abuse it like 9999 gems in 1 minute socialpoint will be suspicious and will check the logs. Then they will see what cause it and will patch it.
