I dunno tutorial but Adobe has good page full of info about ActionScript Byte Code and a full list of AVM2 istruction with references and example
For decompiling use "SWFdecompiler" if you're not very partical with this kind of stuff even if I prefer "yogda" or "HxD" as decompiler.
