Trade request sent. This is my first one so please be patient if I did something wrong; if so, it's purely out of ignorance.
I created a new Skrill account and uploaded the balance required to complete the trade and included the account number & Skype contact info in the private section. If you hadn't stated "Skill only", I would have preferred Paypal so we could do a smaller trial transaction and save Skrill for something larger so you could get the referral credit.
I'm in the San Francisco/Los Angeles time zone (Pacific Daylight). Gernerally, we're 8 hours earlier than London, 9 from Paris. I think Daylight savings makes us -7 GMT.

Seller does not honor his offers. It appears he no longer does business on this site. When I contacted him on another site about my open offer on this site, he refused to take any action, even so much as rejecting the offer.
Now, I'm stuck with money I put into Skrill--paying their high fees--that I can't use to complete the transaction. The money is not lost because other sellers will, reluctantly, accept Skrill, but it's the principle of going out of my way to accommodate his specific request and then getting blown off by him. When he responded that I should just do the trade at the other site, thoughts of snowstorms in hell came to mind...
