Question
is going afk in a Vip map and taping down a skill in the f4 spot classified as cheating if so under what auto clicking yet auto clicking is a bot program to be run.

The game is designed for you (the player) to do the work. When you defer that work to something else (a bot, a rock, a piece of tape) you are going against the design of the game and can thus be considered cheating.
If you are worried about it on a certain server you play on you should be asking in that server's forum not here because they are the ones who make up their own rules. What we say here is squat to them.

As long as you aren't using a program to alter the gameplay in any way, it isn't against the rules.

i ve got a friend whose hand was broken so he broke the f1 in his keyboard to windbead in f1 in demons online named XxxWAMO0xxX then he felt asleep so he was banned

i have some problem,,,
my saint bear cannot reach 100*..
my stat was perfect..so i cannt compose anymore..
anyone could help me,,
i want to see my bear in 3rd evo,,

If your stats are perfect then that is the highest possible bear you have, otherwise, your stats are not perfect. Perhaps you still have some reborns to fill?
